Return Policy

• All cataloged charms that are not altered may be returned for credit with a copy of the invoice within 30 days.
• Return Authorization NOT required for 10 pieces or less in Sterling Silver & Gold Plate
• Note: Engraved/Custom-made products are non-returnable. We Suggest you take a deposit from your customers for these items.
